Cargo Backlog Update
Dear customers and partners,
The cargo terminals at Ben Gurion Airport suffer from unreasonable congestion, which delays the absorption and delivery of the cargo.
The delays often last for days and even longer. The Maman terminal is suffering from a huge shortage of manpower following the eruption of Corona, and the Swissport terminal is under a very heavy load.
Unfortunately there is still no expectation of recovery, DSV staff in the field are making every effort to help locate and release the cargo as soon as possible.
Attached is a letter sent by the Israeli National Federation of International
Freight Forwarders & Customs Clearing Agents.
