Ocean Transportation update as of 31th December 2023
Dear valued customers,
Further to the various announcements regarding the threat at the red sea, and the change of vessels routes, which is effecting transportation costs and longer transit time from the Fareast to Israel.
We at DSV are providing few alternatives as follows:
Option 1 – Sailing from Fareast Ocean ports to Bahrain , than by trucking from Khalifa Ben Salman port via Saudi Arabia and Jordan to Sheikh Hussein crossing border, transit time 38 days, clearing from customs at the cross border, and delivering to final destinations in Israel.
Option 2 – Sailing from China Ocean ports only to Gabel Ali port in Dubai , than by trucking from Gabel Ali via Saudi Arabia and Jordan to Sheikh Hussein crossing border, transit time 40days, clearing from customs at the cross border, and delivering to final destinations in Israel.
Option 3 – Transportation by Ocean and Air from the Fareast , by Ocean to European ports and from there by Air to Tel Aviv Air port.
