להלן סטטוס יומי מעודכן לגבי פעילות שרשרת האספקה בישראל הנגזרת מהמצב הבטחוני האזורי.

כללי

פעילות אווירית

בשלב זה פועלות בעיקר חברות תעופה ישראליות – קיבולת המטען מוגבלת מאוד ומחירי השינוע גבוהים מהרגיל.

אנו רואים עלייה משמעותית במספר הטיסות של חברות התעופה הישראליות היוצאות והנכנסות לישראל, שילובי טיסות חדשים ושיתופי פעולה של חברות תעופה בינלאומיות, המאפשרים חיבוריות רחבה ליעדים מרכזיים בעולם.
מגמות אלו כבר תורמות לשיפור זרימת המטען, קיצור זמני מעבר והגדלת היצע הפתרונות האוויריים ללקוחותינו.

פעילות ימית

• נמלי הים בישראל פועלים כרגיל עם מגבלות לשינוע חומרים מסוכנים.
• חברות הספנות משיתות היטלים בעקבות המלחמה.

חומרים מסוכנים

לידיעתכם ושימושכם, מצורף חידוד נהלים של פיקוד העורף לגבי טיפול בחומרים מסוכנים: 

• לנוחיותכם, כל ההנחיות, הטפסים הרשמיים ודרכי יצירת קשר זמינים באתר פיקוד העורף.
• לשירות ותיאום מול מרכז חומרים מסוכנים פיקוד העורף ניתן לפנות בטלפון 08-9783829
• טיפול ושינוע חומרים מסוכנים בנמלי ישראל מתבצעים בהתאם להנחיות פיקוד העורף ולמגבלות הבטיחות החלות על סיווגי החומרים, הכמויות וזמני השהייה בנמל.​​

לאור המצב – גם עבור חומרים המותרים ליבוא לפי ההנחיות, ביצוע ההזמנה, טעינת המכולה והשילוח בפועל כפופים לאישור סופי של חברות הספנות להטענת החומרים המסוכנים על האניות שלהן.

מעברי הגבול היבשתיים – מטענים

מסתמן כי מחר יום חמישי 19.03.26 מסופי מטענים יהיו סגורים לרגל חג עיד אל פיטר – המכס לא יעבוד – החלטה סופית לגבי סגירת המעברים תינתן הערב 

– מעבר נהר הירדן – פועלים במתכונת מצומצמת בין השעות 08:30-16:00

יתופעלו משלוחים מירדן אך ורק יבוא משטחים מטען כללי, יבוא ירקות ומכולות.

– מעבר אלנבי – פועלים בין השעות 08:30-17:00

הפעילות הינה חלקית בהתאם לרשימה שהועברה ללקוחות על ידי מנהל המסוף.

– מעבר עקבה – פועלים במתכונת מצומצמת בין השעות 08:30-16:00

– מעבר ניצנה – פועלים במתכונת מצומצמת בין השעות 08:30-16:00

**ממתינים לעדכון לגבי תאריך חג עיד אל פיטר בו המעברים יהיו סגורים.

ייבוא לישראל

בנוסף לפעילות הסדירה עם אל על וקאל, DSV מפעילה ומנגישה גם פתרונות צ’רטר נקודתיים בהתאם לצורך – כחלק מסל הפתרונות שלה בתקופות עומס ואי ודאות תפעולית.

חברת התעופה קאל השיתה היטל דלק בעקבות המלחמה. להלן לינק להודעת קאל 

חברת התעופה אל על הודיעה על ביטול השתת היטל הדלק בעקבות המלחמה. להלן לינק להודעת אל על

ארצות הברית

• קאל מפעילים טיסות מטען יומיות בשירות ישיר/לא ישיר (ליאז'). דרישה גבוהה למטענים עקב השעיית טיסות של חברות בינלאומיות.
  בנוסף קאל מפעילה טיסות שבועיות בקו יוסטון ואטלנטה דרך ליאז'.
• אל על עובדים על זיכוי מטענים מבחינת ביטחון עד לפתיחת השמיים להטסת מטענים בטיסות הנוסעים.
• יונייטד – מטיסים מטענים עד אתונה ומשם המשך דרך אל על, אתונה משמשת כ HUB של אלעל בטיסות הטרנסאטלנטיות לישראל וממנה.

אירופה

• קאל מפעילים מטוסי מטען בטיסה יומית בקו ליאז' – תל אביב.
• אל על מפעילים מטוס מטען 737 בקווים – פרנקפורט, אתונה, ליאז', מילאנו.

מזרח רחוק

• הודו/הונג קונג – קאל מפעילים כשלוש טיסות בשבוע ממומביי. מאפשרים חיבוריות לנמלי תעופה מרכזיים מהמזרח.
• שנחאי – בשירות של קאל דרך CGO.

***מטענים שנמסרו לחברות תעופה זרות לפני פרוץ המלחמה – מטופלים נקודתית. תהליך זה כרוך בעלויות נוספות ודורש אישור לקוחות.

חלופות ים/אויר

• 2 הפלגות בשבוע מאתונה ומסלוניקי – הובלות אוויריות מארה"ב ואירופה.
• הובלה אווירית לסלובניה ומשם במכולת LCL לישראל.
• DHL – קורייר – דרך הים מקפריסין – הובלה אוירית לקפריסין. כמו כן חזרו לתת שירות אווירי לתל אביב, איסופי יבוא מתבצעים ללא שינוי.
• FedEx – מפעילים טיסות יבוא ישירות. ניתן לתפעל משלוחי קרח יבש אך עדיין לא מקבלים משלוחי חומ"ס.

ייצוא מישראל  

• Challenge/CAL הודיעו על ביטול טיסת מטען לקלן (Cologne) גרמניה, שהיתה מתוכננת ליום שישי, 20.03.2026.
• Challenge/CAL מפעילים פרייטר 747 ל-LGG ומשם הובלות ליעדים סופיים.
  Challenge/CAL מפעילים פרייטר 747 ל-JFK ומשם הובלות ליעדים סופיים בארה"ב.
• LY מפעילים מטוסי מטען 737 – הטיסות לשבוע הקרוב, עד 24.03.2026, בתפוסה מלאה.
• United מפעילים טיסת מטען במטוס 747 לנמל התעופה ORD, עם מגבלת גובה מטען של עד 3 מטרים. הטיסה מתוכננת ליום חמישי, 19.03.2026. משם תתבצע הפצה לכל רחבי ארצות הברית.
• משיקגו, United מפעילים טיסות במטוסי נוסעים, עם מגבלת גובה מטען של עד 1.60 מטרים, לכל יעדי הרשת (network) של United.
• United ו-Silkway – שירות משולב, מטוסי מטען בימי שלישי ושבת, מ-TLV ל-HHN ומשם טיסות המשך ישירות לכל היעדים של Silkway.
  טיסת המטען הבאה (מטוס 747) עד 3 מטר, מ-TLV ל-HHN / פרנקפורט מתוכננת ליום רביעי, 18.03.2026.

Dear Customers,

Please find below the updated daily status regarding supply chain operations in Israel, reflecting the impact of the current security situation on import and export activities.

General

Air Freight Operations 

At this stage, cargo operations are handled mainly by Israeli airlines – cargo capacity remains very limited and freight rates are higher than usual.
We are now seeing a significant increase in the number of flights operated by Israeli carriers, both inbound and outbound, as well as new flight combinations and enhanced cooperation with international airlines.
These developments enable and broader connectivity to major global destinations.
These trends are already contributing to improved cargo flow, reduced transit times, and an expanded range of airfreight solutions for our customers.

Ocean Freight Operations
The Ocean ports in Israel are operating normally, with restrictions on the handling of hazardous materials.

For your information and use, attached is a clarification of procedures from the Home Front Command regarding the handling of hazardous materials.

• For your convenience, all guidelines, official forms, and contact methods are available on the Home Front Command website.
• For assistance and coordination with the Home Front Command Hazardous Materials Center, you may contact: 08‑9783829.
• The handling and transportation of hazardous materials in Israel’s ports are carried out in accordance with the Home Front Command’s guidelines and the safety restrictions applicable to each material classification, quantity, and permitted dwell time in the port.

Due to the current situation – even for materials that are permitted for import under the guidelines – placing orders, loading containers, and executing the actual shipment are subject to the final approval of the shipping lines for loading hazardous materials onto their vessels.

Land Border Crossings – Cargo

It appears that tomorrow, Thursday, March 19th, 2026, the cargo terminals will be closed due to the Eid al-Fitr holiday – customs will not be operating. A final decision regarding the closure of the crossings will be announced this evening.

– Jordan River Crossing – Operating on a limited basis between 08:30–16:00.

Shipments from Jordan will be processed only for import of general cargo pallets, vegetable imports, and containers.

– Allenby Bridge Crossing – Operating between 08:30–17:00.

Operations are partial, according to the list that was provided to customers by the      terminal manager.

– Aqaba Crossing – Operating on a limited basis between 08:30–16:00.

– Nitzana Crossing – Operating on a limited basis between 08:30–16:00.

 **Awaiting an update regarding the Eid al-Fitr holiday dates, during which the crossings will be closed.

Supply Chain Disruptions in Belgium Due to the National Protest

Import to Israel

In addition to the regular operations with El Al and CAL, DSV also provides tailored charter solutions as needed – offered as part of our comprehensive range of services during periods of high demand and operational uncertainty.

CAL have imposed a fuel surcharge as a result of the war.

USA

• CAL – Operating daily cargo flights on direct/indirect services (via Liège). There is high demand for cargo following the suspension of flights by international carriers. In addition, CAL operates weekly flights from Houston and Atlanta via Liège.
• EL AL – Working on security clearance for cargo until passenger-flight operations for cargo uplift reopen.
• United – Flying cargo to Athens, with onward connection via El Al. Athens currently serves as El Al’s transatlantic hub for flights to and from Israel.

Europe

• CAL operates daily freighter service on the Liège–Tel Aviv route.
• EL AL operates a 737 freighter on routes including Frankfurt, Athens, Liège, and Milan.

Far East

• India / Hong Kong – CAL operates approximately three flights per week from Mumbai, enabling connectivity to major airports across the Far East.
• Shanghai – Served by CAL via CGO.

Additional Note

Cargo handed over to foreign airlines before the outbreak of the war is being handled on a case‑by‑case basis. This process involves additional costs and requires customer approval.

Sea/Air Alternatives

• Two weekly sailings from Athens and Thessaloniki, combined with air transport from the U.S. and Europe.
• Air transport to Slovenia, followed by LCL container service to Israel.
• DHL Courier – Sea transport from Cyprus; air transport to Cyprus. DHL has also resumed providing air service to Tel Aviv, and import pickups are operating normally.
• FedEx – is operating direct import flights. Dry ice shipments can be handled, but hazardous materials shipments are still not accepted.

Export from Israel

• Challenge/CAL have canceled the freighter flight to Cologne, Germany, that was planned to move on Friday, March 20.
• Challenge/CAL operates a 747 freighter to LGG, with onward transportation to final destinations.
• Challenge/CAL operate a 747 freighter to JFK, with onward deliveries to final destinations within the United States.
• LY operates 737 freighter aircraft; flights for the coming week, until March 24, 2026, are at full capacity.
• United – A cargo flight (Boeing 747) to ORD (with height capacity up to 3 meters) is scheduled for Thursday, March 19. From Chicago, distribution will take place throughout the United States.
• From Chicago, United operates passenger aircraft (with height capacity up to 1.60 meters) to all destinations within the United network.
• United & Silkway – Combined service: Freighter aircraft operating on Tuesdays and Saturdays from TLV to HHN, with direct onward connections to all Silkway destinations.
  The next 747 freighter flight, with cargo height capability up to 3 meters, from TLV to HHN/Frankfurt is scheduled for Wednesday, March 18.
