{"id":42545,"date":"2026-03-26T16:01:15","date_gmt":"2026-03-26T14:01:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/il.dsv.com\/?p=42545"},"modified":"2026-03-26T16:01:15","modified_gmt":"2026-03-26T14:01:15","slug":"flash-update-26-03-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/il.dsv.com\/en\/flash-update-26-03-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Flash update &#8211; 26\/03\/2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Dear Customers,\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Below is an updated daily status report regarding the activity of the supply chain in Israel, derived from the regional security situation.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Flights to and from Israel are operated by Israeli airlines, therefore cargo capacity is limited and prices are high.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The use of rescue flights adds capacity and leads to a gradual reduction in transit times.<br \/>\nIn addition, cooperation with foreign airlines and charter flights improves the range of solutions and connectivity to\/from major destinations worldwide.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><u>New Updates<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><strong>CAL <\/strong>increased\u00a0import surcharges effective 27\/03\/2026.<\/li>\n<li><strong>EL AL<\/strong> &#8211; In\u00a0accordance with the new flight restrictions, flights to Narita, Bangkok and Hong Kong have been <strong>cancelled<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>EL AL<\/strong>\u00a0will start operating B767 TLV\/LGG\/TLV as of 29\/03\/2026.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Air Europe (QY)<\/strong> is resuming operations and will operate, starting next week, several weekly cargo flights (B777) for both import and export <strong>to\/from Brussels, and 1 weekly flight to\/from Leipzig.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Airlines <\/strong>&#8211; Reporting an increase in fuel surcharges in the upcoming days.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shipping lines<\/strong> have imposed surcharges on import and export due to the war \u2013 <a style=\"font-weight: inherit;\" href=\"https:\/\/webversion.net\/A1DE1E2224C6B7F4D624A4452525E12BA92095938504232D33293B23B4BA62ABC9409BD392F9AB67D171BF73E1528DC8ED79C8CB234ADC48F46C7855B7E3E3DF\/show.aspx\">link to surcharges attached<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><u>Air Freight<\/u><\/strong><strong> \u2013 Import &amp; Export by Regions<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>USA<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><strong>EL AL<\/strong> &#8211; As of 22\/03\/2026,\u00a0cargo uplift on rescue flights to\/from Israel \u2013 New York, Miami, Los Angeles; priority to backlogged cargo.
