Dear Customers, 

Below is an updated daily status report regarding the activity of the supply chain in Israel, derived from the regional security situation.

Flights to and from Israel are operated by Israeli airlines, therefore cargo capacity is limited and prices are high.

The use of rescue flights adds capacity and leads to a gradual reduction in transit times.
In addition, cooperation with foreign airlines and charter flights improves the range of solutions and connectivity to/from major destinations worldwide.

New Updates

  • Ben Gurion Airport (TLV) – Terminal operating hours during the holiday period – attached links to Swissport and Maman’s updates
  • Border Crossings – Terminal operating hours during the holiday period – link attached
  • Ashdod Seaports – Ports operating hours during the holiday period – link to Ashdod and Hadarom ports
  • CAL – Import surcharges increased as of 27/03/2026
  • EL AL – As of 29/03/2026, a B767 freighter will operate TLV / Liège / TLV (up to 2.40 m height)
  • Air Europe (QY) – Resuming operations; starting next week, several weekly B777 freighter flights for import and export to/from Brussels, and one flight to/from Leipzig
  • International airlines are reporting fuel surcharge increases in the coming days
  • Shipping lines have imposed war-related surcharges on import and export – surcharge link attached

EL AL – Cargo transport on rescue flights to/from Israel – New York, Miami, Los Angeles; excluding DG
CAL – Daily freighter flights; high congestion due to foreign airline cancellations
United – Flight from Israel to ORD on 29/03/2026 (up to 3.0 m height), with onward connections throughout the USA up to 2.40 m

Europe

  • CAL – Daily freighter TLV / Liège / TLV
  • EL AL

 – Liège: Airbus freighter up to 2.40 m height TLV / Liège / TLV
– Frankfurt: B737F freighter up to 1.80 m height TLV / FRA / TLV
– Milan & Athens: B788 aircraft up to 1.60 m height TLV / Milan, Athens / TLV
-London: General cargo on rescue flights to/from Israel; excluding DG

Far East

  • CAL

– Operating import flights from several origins via Hong Kong; significant congestion on inbound flights to Israel.
– Operating flights from Mumbai, India starting 1 April; heavy congestion expected

  • EL AL – Under the new flight framework, flights to Narita, Bangkok, and Hong Kong have been cancelled.

International Connectivity

  • Air Canada – Freighter flights to Athens (1.60 m height) with onward connections across Canada, USA, South America, and Australia
  • Silkway + United – Freighter flights to HHN on Tuesdays and Saturdays with direct onward connections
  • United – Passenger flights up to 1.60 m height across its network, plus connectivity via Athens (EL AL)
  • American Airlines – Connectivity from London via EL AL to destinations in the USA, Canada, and South America

Land border crossings – According to the attached holiday schedule.

Israeli Customs – According to the attached holiday schedule.

Seaports are operating at full capacity, with restrictions on the handling of dangerous goods.

Dangerous Goods
• DG handling restrictions at ports per regulations. Link attached to announcements dated 28/02/26 and 11/02/26
• Any loading/shipment of DG — even approved UN codes — requires prior approval from the shipping line.

Inland transportation

  • Israel – Fuel surcharges for domestic road transport might be adjusted due to changes in fuel prices, Final update once official information is released.
  • Europe and the USA – Fuel surcharge increased by 18%.
