Dear Customers,

Here is today’s daily update regarding the supply chain status in Israel:

Despite the closure of Israeli airspace, we are offering our customers alternative import and export solutions for urgent shipments.
These solutions are based on limited cargo flight options, as well as sea routes to and from Greece or Cyprus, with onward air transport to and from global destinations.

Please find the current status details below:

Air Freight:

• CAL Cargo Airlines has received special approval to operate several cargo flights to/from Liège and New York. Space on these flights is limited
• El Al Airlines has received special approval to operate flights on the routes to/from Athens, Zurich, and Frankfurt. Space on these flights is limited.
• A list of airlines currently serving Israeli routes is available via this [link] – subject to the reopening of Israeli airspace.
• The air cargo terminals at Ben Gurion Airport are operating with reduced staffing, which affects cargo processing speed:

– Swissport Terminal operates from 07:00 to 19:00
– Maman Terminal operates under emergency protocol from 07:00 to 19:00

Ocean Freight:

• Israeli seaports are operating normally, with restrictions on the transport of hazardous materials.
• Shipping lines are coordinating with the ports.
• Some vessels are skipping Israeli ports (due to carrying hazardous materials that are currently banned from entering Israel) and are being diverted to nearby ports for container unloading. Our teams are updating affected customers accordingly

Israeli Customs:

• Electronic submissions are being processed as usual.
• Shipments requiring customs procedures (e.g., physical inspections) are handled in emergency mode.

Land Border Crossings:

• Jordan River Crossing – Cargo terminal is closed due to staffing shortages.
• Nitzana and all crossings to the Palestinian Authority – Closed.
• Arava/Yitzhak Rabin Crossing – Open.
• Allenby Bridge – Cargo and passenger sections are operating from 08:00 to 17:00.

Planned operations at Allenby tomorrow 17- June-2025, must be coordinated today by 16:00:

• Palletized truck shipments – import and export
• Cement silo – import
• Glass – import
• Vehicles – import
