שביתות צפויות בשדות התעופה המרכזיים באיטליה

סדרת שביתות מתוכננת לשבש את הפעילות בנתיבי האוויר האיטלקיים במהלך חודש יולי ועלולה לפגוע באלפי נוסעים.

10 ביולי – שביתה כללית של עובדי שירותי הקרקע. צוותי אבטחה ונהגים ב־11 שדות תעופה מרכזיים, בהם מילאנו לינאטה, ונציה ונאפולי ישביתו את עבודתם ל־24 שעות.

טייסים ודיילים של חברות ביניהן איזיג'ט צפויים להצטרף למחאה.

11 ביולי – שביתה בשדה התעופה פאלרמו שבסיציליה. עובדי נמל התעופה ישביתו את עבודתם  ל24 שעות.

Status Update – Air Transport Operations

Following the European Union's report, major international airlines are gradually resuming their operations to and from Israel.

AIR EUROPA and AEGEAN Airlines will resume operations on July 14, 2025.

UNITED AIRLINES is scheduled to resume service on July 22, 2025.

Planned Strikes at Major Airports in Italy

A series of planned strikes is expected to disrupt air traffic across Italy during the month of July and may affect thousands of passengers.

July 10 – A general strike by ground service staff. Security teams and drivers at 11 major airports, including Milan Linate, Venice, and Naples, will suspend work for 24 hours.

Pilots and cabin crew from several airlines, including EasyJet, are expected to join the protest.

July 11 – A strike is planned at Palermo Airport in Sicily. Airport workers will suspend their duties for 24 hours.

July 26 – A nationwide general strike lasting 4 hours (13:00–17:00) is planned at major airports across the country.

The United States is imposing a 50% tariff on copper imports.
