DSV IL – Flash update 03/03/2026

Dear Customers,

Due to the current security situation and the operation of the Israeli economy under emergency conditions, we are providing ongoing updates regarding the status of supply chain operations in Israel.

DSV is operating at full capacity, and we continue to provide ongoing support while offering alternative solutions in view of frequent constraints and changes, including airspace restrictions.

Please find attached a link to an update from DSV regarding supply chain disruptions in the Middle East following the security escalation.

We remain at your disposal for any questions and will continue to provide updates as the situation evolves.

United States

• CAL is expected to operate 4 direct flights from New York in the coming days. Weekly Flights on the Houston and Atlanta routes via LGG are operating; updated schedules are available on the CAL website.
• EL AL is awaiting the reopening of Israeli airspace for passenger flights. In the meantime, they are working on completing cargo security screenings so that  once approval is granted, they can uplift as much cargo as possible immediately.
• United Airlines has announced a cooperation with Israeli airlines via Athens: TLV–ATH–EWR / IAD / ORD, and from there onward on United flights to additional destinations across the United States.​

Europe

• CAL is operating a daily flight on the Liège–Tel Aviv–Liège route starting today, providing a reliable solution for European cargo.
• EL AL is operating a B737 freighter on the following routes:

Frankfurt – Tel Aviv – Frankfurt, Milan – Tel Aviv – Milan, Athens – Tel Aviv – Athens. A schedule for the coming days is available.

• In addition, EL AL is operating a cargo flight between Liège–Tel Aviv–Liège  (maximum cargo height: 1.80m).

Far East

• Solutions are available via Europe with connections to CAL and EL AL for both import and export cargo.

Sea-Air Alternatives

• Import/Export – to/from Greece ocean ports with a conaction to/from the U.S. and Europe.
• Import: Air shipments to Slovenia, followed by LCL ocean consolidation to Israel.
• Export: LCL consolidations to Slovenia, followed by air transport to various destinations.
• Small parcels: Courier solutions are available through partner integrators.

The Lufthansa Group has announced the suspension of all flights on the Israeli route until March 8, 2026.
They are currently exploring cooperation options with Israeli airlines.
