אנו מבקשים להביא לתשומת ליבכם לבקשה של אלעל בנושא הגברת הערנות לזיהוי חומרים מסוכנים בייבוא ובייצוא מישראל  – לינק להודעה

להלן הנקודות העיקריות בהודעה המצורפת בנוגע לנהלי בטיחות:

• חובת הצהרה וצירוף המסמכים הרלוונטיים לחומרים מסוכנים כולל סוללות ליתיום SECTION II.
• איסור מוחלט לשימוש בניילון שרינק אטום ברמת החבילה או המשטח, לכל סוגי המטענים
• יש לוודא שימוש אך ורק בניילון שקוף,  תוך הקפדה על שקיפות וזיהוי ברור של התכולה.
• חבילות או משטחים שיגיעו ללא ניילון שקוף לא יאושרו לטיסה.

אנא הקפידו לחדד את הנהלים מול כל הגורמים הרלוונטיים, ולוודא אכיפה מלאה ומחמירה של הנחיות הבטיחות כדי מנוע סיכון בטיחותי במהלך השינוע והאחסנה של המשלוחים.

Important: Enhancing Awareness for Identifying Dangerous Goods and Prohibition of Sealed Shrink Wrap.

We would like to share an important notice from El Al regarding enhanced vigilance in identifying dangerous goods in imports and exports to and from Israel.

Below are the main points from the attached notice:

• Mandatory declaration and inclusion of relevant documentation for dangerous goods, including lithium batteries (Section II).
• Strict prohibition on the use of sealed shrink wrap at both the package and pallet level for all types of cargo.
• El Al emphasizes the requirement to use transparent wrap only, ensuring full visibility and clear identification of the cargo contents.
• Shipments that arrive at the airport without transparent wrap will not be approved for air transportation.

Please ensure that these procedures are communicated clearly to all relevant personnel in your organization who handle dangerous goods. Additionally,
make certain that safety guidelines are enforced rigorously to prevent any safety risks during the transportation and storage of shipments.
